TRADE5.ai provides AI-powered business systems and digital solutions designed to help businesses, coaches, trainers, consultants and other professionals manage and automate different parts of their business operations.

Our solutions may include:

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Lead capture and management
• AI-powered automation
• WhatsApp, email and communication workflows
• Appointment and calendar management
• Sales funnels and landing pages
• Websites and forms
• Client onboarding systems
• Payment integrations
• Course and learning management systems
• Communities and membership systems
• Reporting and business workflows
• Consulting, implementation and support services

The exact services provided to each client will depend on the package, proposal, subscription, order or agreement selected by the client.

Our Role

TRADE5.ai provides technology-enabled business solutions, implementation, automation and related support.

We may use our own systems together with third-party software, artificial intelligence services, APIs, communication platforms, payment providers, hosting services and other technology providers to deliver our solutions.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, TRADE5.ai does not guarantee that any particular software, integration, API, communication channel or third-party service will remain available indefinitely.

Account Registration

Certain TRADE5.ai services may require you to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Maintain appropriate security over your account.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Accept responsibility for activities conducted through your account where permitted by applicable law.

You must not share access credentials in a manner that violates your subscription or permits unauthorized use of the service.

Subscriptions and Fees

Certain TRADE5.ai services may be offered through monthly, quarterly, annual, one-time or customized pricing arrangements.

Pricing may include:

• Initial setup or implementation fees
• Recurring subscription fees
• Management or support fees
• Custom development or implementation charges
• Third-party service or usage charges

The applicable price will be communicated before purchase or stated in the relevant proposal, checkout page, invoice or agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude applicable taxes, government charges, transaction fees and third-party usage costs.

Third-Party and Usage Charges

Some TRADE5.ai solutions depend on third-party services.

These may include:

• AI model or API usage
• WhatsApp or messaging charges
• SMS and telephone charges
• Email services
• Domain registration
• Hosting
• Payment gateway charges
• Calendar or video conferencing services
• Other software integrations

Unless specifically included in your package, these costs may be charged separately by TRADE5.ai or directly by the relevant third-party provider.

Third-party pricing, policies, availability and functionality may change independently of TRADE5.ai.

Payment

Payments must be made according to the payment terms stated at the time of purchase or in the applicable invoice, proposal or agreement.

Failure to make payment when due may result in suspension or restriction of services.

Where a subscription automatically renews, the applicable renewal terms and billing frequency will be disclosed as part of the relevant purchase or subscription arrangement.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

TRADE5.ai provides software-enabled business solutions, setup, implementation, automation, consulting and subscription-based services. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and the stage of delivery.

Setup, Implementation and Onboarding Fees

Setup, implementation, configuration, customization, onboarding and similar one-time service fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Recurring Subscriptions

Monthly, quarterly or annual subscriptions may be cancelled before the next renewal or billing date.

Cancellation will stop future renewal charges. Fees already paid for the current subscription period are generally non-refundable and will not normally be refunded on a prorated basis, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Custom Work and Consulting

Fees relating to custom development, consulting, workflow design, integrations, automation setup, configuration or other customized services are generally non-refundable once the relevant work has commenced or resources have been allocated to the project, except where otherwise required by law.

Third-Party Costs

Charges already incurred through third-party providers are generally non-refundable.

These may include:

• AI model or API usage charges
• WhatsApp messaging charges
• SMS and telephone charges
• Email service charges
• Domain registration or renewal fees
• Hosting charges
• Payment gateway or transaction fees
• Third-party software subscriptions
• Other external platform or integration costs

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or charged more than once for the same service, please contact us. Verified duplicate or incorrect charges will be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.

Service Not Delivered

If TRADE5.ai is unable to provide a paid service due to circumstances within our reasonable control, we may provide an appropriate refund, service credit, replacement service or alternative solution depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Cancellation or refund requests should be submitted by email to easytradefive@gmail.com .

Please include your name, business name, invoice or subscription reference and the reason for your request so that we can review it.

Client Responsibilities

Clients may be required to provide information, content, approvals, login credentials, business rules, product information, branding materials and access to relevant systems.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that information and materials supplied to TRADE5.ai are accurate and that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use and provide them.

The client remains responsible for its own business operations, customer relationships, regulatory obligations, marketing activities, products, services and business decisions.

AI and Automation Disclaimer

TRADE5.ai solutions may use artificial intelligence and automated systems.

AI-generated responses, recommendations, summaries, classifications, messages or other outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate or require human review.

Clients should use appropriate human supervision when using AI-generated outputs, particularly for important financial, legal, medical, regulatory, contractual or business decisions.

TRADE5.ai does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will always be accurate or error-free.

No Guarantee of Business Results

TRADE5.ai provides technology, automation, systems, implementation and business-support solutions.

Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including the client's offer, pricing, market, advertising, sales ability, customer demand, implementation, business decisions and external economic conditions.

Examples, demonstrations, case studies, projections or illustrations are provided for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as guaranteed results.

WhatsApp, Email and Marketing Communications

Where TRADE5.ai provides systems that enable clients to communicate with their customers or prospects through WhatsApp, email, SMS, social media or other channels, the client is responsible for ensuring that its communications comply with applicable laws, consent requirements, platform rules and marketing regulations.

Clients must not use TRADE5.ai systems to send unlawful spam, misleading communications, prohibited content or messages where the required consent has not been obtained.

Acceptable Use

You must not use TRADE5.ai services to:

• Conduct illegal or fraudulent activities
• Send unlawful spam or unsolicited communications
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Distribute malicious software
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Misrepresent your identity or business
• Abuse, interfere with or disrupt our services
• Resell or reproduce our proprietary systems without authorization
• Use the platform in violation of applicable laws or third-party platform policies

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

Intellectual Property

TRADE5.ai and its licensors retain ownership of their respective software, systems, designs, workflows, documentation, methodologies, branding, templates and other intellectual property.

Clients retain ownership of their own business content, branding, customer information, course materials and other materials supplied by them, subject to applicable third-party rights.

Purchasing or subscribing to TRADE5.ai does not transfer ownership of TRADE5.ai's underlying software, intellectual property, systems or technology unless expressly agreed in writing.

Client Data

Clients retain their rights in the business and customer data they provide to or process through TRADE5.ai, subject to applicable laws and the terms of relevant third-party providers.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have a lawful basis to collect, use, store, upload and process personal information through the systems they use.

Our handling of personal information is further described in our Privacy Policy .

Third-Party Services

TRADE5.ai may integrate with or depend upon third-party platforms and services.

TRADE5.ai does not control those third-party services and is not responsible for changes, interruptions, restrictions, suspensions, pricing changes, API modifications, account decisions or service discontinuation by third-party providers.

Where possible, we may assist clients with alternative solutions, but uninterrupted availability of third-party services cannot be guaranteed.

Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, internet failures, third-party outages, API changes, security incidents, upgrades or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TRADE5.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to services where:

• Payments remain overdue
• These Terms are materially violated
• Services are used unlawfully
• There is a security or fraud concern
• Continued service could harm TRADE5.ai, its customers or third parties
• We are required to do so by law or a relevant service provider

Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice before suspension or termination.

Changes to Services

TRADE5.ai is continuously developing its technology and services.

We may add, modify, replace, improve or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

Material changes affecting paid subscriptions will be handled in accordance with applicable agreements and laws.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, business operations, legal requirements or technology.

The latest version will be published on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the services following an applicable update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai , subject to any mandatory laws or jurisdictional requirements applicable to the relevant transaction.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
